A request sent through the form is not a confirmed appointment. The appointment is confirmed when the salon replies to you on WhatsApp or by phone.

Times

The form offers start times within the opening hours shown on the site. The salon may suggest another time if the one you chose is not available.

Prices and payment

Prices are not listed on the booking form. Ask the salon on WhatsApp or by phone before your visit. This site does not take online payments.

Changing or cancelling

To change or cancel a booking, write to the salon on WhatsApp or call as early as you can, so the time can be offered to someone else.

Your health

Before a treatment, tell the specialist about allergies, pregnancy, skin conditions and medicines. The specialist may advise against a treatment or suggest another one.

Results

Results of hair, skin, lash and nail treatments differ from person to person. The photos on this site show real work of the salon and do not promise the same result for everyone.

Products (Turkish shop only)

Products in «Piano kozmetik ürünleri» are ordered through WhatsApp. Availability, payment and delivery are agreed with the salon in that chat.
